bth88 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun Within Limits
bth88 believes gaming is a form of entertainment — not an addiction. We are committed to protecting you and your family.
Why Responsibility Matters
Online gaming is fun — but without following the right rules, it can become a problem.
At bth88, we always want you to play with enjoyment, but never beyond your means. Gaming is a recreational activity — it is not a source of income or a way to solve financial problems. We provide various tools and guidelines to ensure the safety of every player on our platform.
Online gaming is now a popular pastime for millions of people in Bangladesh. From cricket betting to slot games — bth88 has made everything easily accessible. But with that convenience comes responsibility. We want you to play with awareness, and whenever you feel gaming is getting to be too much, take the right steps.
A responsible player always sets a budget, does not chase losses, and never prioritises gaming over other important matters. bth88 is ready to help you build these habits.
Our Protection Tools
bth88 provides several effective tools to keep players safe.
Deposit Limit
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Once set, you cannot deposit beyond that limit, which reduces the risk of overspending.
Time-Out Break
If you feel you need a break, take a time-out from 24 hours up to 30 days. During this period, your account will be temporarily inactive.
Self-Exclusion
If you cannot keep your gaming under control, use self-exclusion. This allows your account to be fully closed for an extended period.
Session Tracker
See how much time you spend in each gaming session. Staying aware of your time is the first step in preventing excessive gaming.
24/7 Support
Our support team is always ready to help with any issue. Contact us via live chat or email — assistance is available in both Bengali and English.
Reality Check
You will receive periodic pop-up notifications reminding you how long you have been playing and whether it is time to take a break.
For Adults Only
bth88 is for players aged 21 and above only. Creating an account or gaming by anyone under age is strictly prohibited. We ask parents to keep account details away from children. Use parental control software on shared computers or mobile devices to prevent children from accessing gaming sites.
Warning Signs of a Problem
If you notice any of the signs below, seek help right away.
Repeatedly playing after losses in an attempt to win back lost money — this is the most common sign of problematic gaming.
Hiding your gaming from family or friends and lying about the time and money spent on gaming.
Spending money meant for rent, groceries, or other essential expenses on gaming and falling into financial difficulty.
Neglecting work, studies, or family responsibilities to spend long hours focused on gaming.
Feeling restless, anxious, or irritable when you cannot game — this is a clear sign of addiction.
Taking out loans or borrowing money from others for gaming and being unable to repay it.

How Deposit Limits Work
Log in to your account, go to Settings, and set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing one is subject to a waiting period — this rule protects you from depositing too much in an emotional moment.
Time-Out Details
During a time-out you cannot log in, place new bets, or receive any promotional communications. However, your balance remains protected and can be used normally once the period ends. This is the ideal solution for a short break.
Self-Exclusion Details
Self-exclusion is an important decision. Once activated, your account cannot be reopened before the set period ends. We have intentionally not made this process easy to reverse because it is designed for your protection. Contact support to request self-exclusion.
Loss Limit
Once you reach a set loss amount, your account will automatically end the session — this is the loss limit feature. It can protect you from suffering a very large loss on a bad day. Set a realistic loss limit that is in line with your budget.
Best Practices for Responsible Gaming
Set a Budget
Before you start gaming, decide how much you can afford to spend — and make sure that even if that amount is lost, it will not affect your day-to-day life. Never use money set aside for bills, food, or other essential expenses for gaming.
Set a Time Limit
Before you start gaming, decide the maximum time you will play and stop when that time is up — even if you are winning. Set an alarm or use bth88's session reminder.
Don't Chase Losses
Placing more bets after a bad day in hopes of recovering lost money is highly risky. This is the most common cause of problematic gaming. If you feel this way, stop immediately and take a rest.
Don't Play When Emotional
Remember — never game while under the influence of alcohol, medication, or when you are in a highly emotional state. Your ability to make decisions is reduced at these times and the risk of significant loss increases.
Gaming is Personal
Don't game because of pressure from others or due to social pressure. Only you know your own financial limits and personal situation.
Talk Openly with Family
Talk to a family member or trusted friend about gaming. If they express concern, take their words seriously. An outside perspective can often help us understand our own situation.
