2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Allowing minors access to the gaming platform is strictly prohibited. Providing a false age may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or bank account is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

3 Account Verification

As a secure platform, bth88 reserves the right to verify the identity of all members. Any of the following documents may be requested for verification:

  • Clear copy of National ID Card (NID) or passport
  • Driving licence
  • Recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification)
  • Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is complete. We use SSL encryption to protect the confidentiality of all information provided.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are supported for depositing funds at bth88:

  • Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)
Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 — the same limit applies for every payment method. Funds may only be deposited from your own account.

Payments made in a third party's name will not be accepted and the funds will be returned. Using the correct reference number at the time of deposit is mandatory.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
  • Withdrawal requests generally take between 10 and 45 minutes to process
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used at the time of deposit
  • Verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made
  • Withdrawals cannot be made if the wagering requirement on an active bonus has not been met

bth88 reserves the right to review any withdrawal request and to place it on hold for additional verification if necessary.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bth88 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. An example is given below:

Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200.
Or if you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳10,000 and your total balance will be ৳28,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — on the bonus funds only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 10 = ৳12,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

  • A second bonus cannot be claimed while another bonus is active.
  • Bonus eligibility applies to the first deposit only.
  • Bonus use may be restricted to certain games — separate terms apply for each promotion.
  • bth88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
  • If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.

6 Gaming Rules

bth88 offers various types of games — slots, live casino, cricket betting, and more. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed within the game interface.

  • The outcome of every bet is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and is completely impartial.
  • If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, bth88 may decide to void that game or restart it.
  • If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any bet already in progress will be recorded on the server.
  • In live casino games, the dealer's decision shall be considered final.
  • Any winnings obtained by exploiting a software error or bug will be considered void.

7 Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bth88:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
  • Abusing or manipulating the bonus system
  • Using stolen or unauthorised payment methods
  • Participating in games using automated bots or software
  • Collusion or improper arrangements with other players
  • Money laundering or channelling illegal funds through the platform
  • Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems
If any of the above activities are detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited. Law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by bth88

bth88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of the Terms
  • Failure to cooperate with the verification process
  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • The account remaining inactive for an extended period

8.2 Closure Request by Member

If you wish to close your account at any time, you may inform our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed and the verified balance will be returned.
